Swim Master Construction & Landscaping began in the1984's as a swimming pool company. The company was owned by MANUEL V. CUNANAN. Now, Swim Master Builders is a full service swimming pool Builders and Supplier. It is operated by several key employees and of the second generation of Cunanan Family(from Tarlac and Pampanga), carrying on the tradition of excellence that has been the foundation of the company.

Background

Formerly named as Skill Pools as a swimming pool care company under Aqua Pools owned by the Mesina Bros., in the early 1981’s. It began to be called Swim Master Construction & Landscaping in the 1984’s was owned and operated by Manuel V. Cunanan.

The company operated by several key employees, with Almira M. Cunanan as Project Coordinator/ Designer, Albert M. Cunanan - CE Angelito M. Cunanan, - EE Annaliza M. Cunanan, Sally Cunanan-Cortez as Administrative Officer.

Personal

Manuel at the age of 14, started to work under GROGAN CONSTRUCTION. He grew up in the construction business, learned the basics to expertise. Being known as good in masonry works such as tiling, marble, granite, etc., he began in demand with these. First, he worked and later sub-contracted projects in swimming pool construction in GROGAN CONSTRUCTION, AQUA POOLS, EPG CONSTRUCTION INC., SEPTA CONSTRUCTION, WORLD-BUILDERS, AVALON POOLS, GROUNDWORKS, LLAVECON BUILDERS, GROUNDWORKS INC. In the year 1984, had his own company under his management, SWIM MASTER CONSTRUCTION AND LANDSCAPING, now called SWIM MASTER BUILDERS.

He holds certificates with work excellencies. The Cunanan family moved to San Fernando City, Pampanga in 1992. As the business grew, so did the family. His Children are being taught and finished college in Bachelor of Science in the field of Engineering and Architecture.
