Villa Forcado's Resort and Water Theme Park is a brand new and refreshing resort in the heart of the city yet is in the middle of the woods! A place of pure fun and relaxation for the whole family. We are located at Block 10, Sapa, Maimpis City of San Fernando, Pampanga. Currently, we only cater day cottages for day and night swimming. Cottages are open cabana style - just a simple and comfy place for resting and eating together.
You can bring food and non-alcoholic beverages absolutely no corkage fee! We know that the outing won't be complete without the usual Filipino food, fruits and barbeque.

- Day swimming 9am to 4pm
- Kids below 12 yrs old P160

- Night Swimming 2pm to 9pm (10pm lights off)
