Padang Construction is engaged in general construction and other allied business including constructing, enlarging, repairing, developing or otherwise engaging in any work upon buildings, roads, highway, manufacturing plants, pier docks, pipes, shafts, waterworks, railroads, railway structures, all iron steel, wood, masonry, and earth construction and other infrastructures, and to make execute, bid for and take or receive any contracts therefore, or in relation thereto, or connected therewith; trading of construction supplies such as hardware, lumber, electrical, plumbing, concrete and other construction materials on a wholesale/retail basis; and doing of any and all other support services such as site acquisition, and other business and contracting incidental thereto or connected therewith, and doing and performing of any and all acts and things necessary or proper or convenient for the furtherance and/or implementation of the foregoing.
