We were established on December 10, 2013 by a local family in Pampanga – with the inspiration of providing Kapampangans a buffet with a wide variety of tasty and healthy food, which is a fusion of Asian, Western and Italian cuisines, and to serve quality and freshly cooked dishes.

We are conveniently located along Jose Abad Santos Avenue, offering accessibility and convenience for travelers from northern Philippines like Ilocos, Cagayan and Baguio, as well as nearby provinces like Zambales, Tarlac, Bulacan, Bataan and the National Capital Region.  We chose to be located outside the mall so as to create a different ambience from a regular restaurant.  Moreover, the panoramic view from the 3^rd floor of Kingsborough Building offers a unique and amusing experience for our diners.

The restaurant’s interior design is inspired by a mix of Asian ornaments – more specifically from the Chinese, Korean and Japan cultures.  Diners are greeted by Asian figurines in the buffet table and a Chinese chandelier sparkling above.

Each table has a smokeless grill available for those who are in the mood for grilled food, as grilling reveals new flavors in all sorts of food and add a smoky element to meats and greens.  Our grillers are easy and safe to use, and it is smokeless, saving you from the worry of food odor in your clothes after eating in an air-conditioned room.

Our passionate owners carefully selected the dishes to be included in the menu while keeping in mind the idea of making you crave for more. All our food meet rigorous requirements ensuring that only the freshest, cleanest and most delicious dish reach your table.

Because of our great respect for cleanliness, coupled with our dedication and loads of hard work, we were awarded by the Local Government of the City of San Fernando, Pampanga as “The Most Healthy Eating Place”, (Large Category) for two consecutive years in 2014 and 2015.

Our restaurant has a function room that is perfect for any event.  Our services also include catering services, packed meals, and event venue (which can accommodate up to 200 people). Due to the high demand for the special event spaces we decided to construct Kingsborough International Center, just behind the Kingsborough building.  The convention center can comfortably accommodate 2000 people which is perfect for corporate events, product launch, weddings and large meetings.

On December 8, 2014, we opened Ichiban Express at Km. 71 Mac Arthur Highway San Isidro, City of San Fernando which caters the need of people on-the-go.  The food we serve in Ichiban Express are freshly cooked, healthy, and comes in a very affordable price.  The ambience is cozy and is perfect for small meetings.  Parking is not a problem as we have spacious and accessible parking lot.
